Other Importing Info:

There are two types of APInvoice Imports and they can each be customized to import the fields you need. Here are the template files to enable you to build imports to suit your needs.

Single Line Import Templates (These are basic templates that allow only a single line in the Accounts allocation section)

Multi-Line Import Templates (These are templates that allow multiple allocation lines on a single invoice)

If you wish to build a custom template for your purposes you'll need to contact IT to have the template added to the collection available in TylerERP. First build your template using the fields you want to include from the above files and instructions and then contact IT at help.munis@deschutes.org so we can create the template inside of TylerERP for you!
