1. In the Tyler Menu Navigate to the Payment Entry Program:

Financials >Purchasing >Purchase Order Processing > Requisition Entry


2. Click on Add in the MUNIS ribbon. 

 

3. Enter info as follows: 

  



Note about Types

  • Normal is used for a request that has a specified amount toward a specific purchase. 
  • Blanket is used for the request of a specified amount that can go toward groups of non-specified purchases (e.g. an amount for various hardware purchases, etc.).


4. Click Accept in the Munis Ribbon (or tab through every field) to reach the Line Items Screen.

 

5. Enter Line Items as follows:


6. When finished with this line item, click Accept in the Munis ribbon.

 

7. To add another line-item, click Add in the Munis ribbon and repeat step 5 as needed.

 

8. When finished, click Back in the Munis Ribbon to return to the main Requisition Screen.

 

9. Upload supporting documents under the paperclip (i.e. quotes/bids).

 

10. When finished, click on Release to submit the requisition into workflow. The Status box will change to “Released”.
