The County regards all regular PT and FT staff as salaried and structures monthly pay on that basis. For example, your offer letter states you are compensated a specific monthly salary for a 172.67 hour work month.  That monthly salary covers all scheduled hours within that month, regardless of the actual number of hours in that month. For non-exempt staff, overtime hours worked are tracked weekly and paid in addition to an employee’s monthly salary using actual overtime hours as reported.
