This happens when there is nothing else entered in the timesheet for the pay period, such as a holiday or TML.
There is nothing that needs done when these hours are missing, we import timesheet exceptions into a separate payroll system that has everyone's guaranteed hours in there. We run multiple checks to make sure everyone has hours entered.
You will still receive pay for your guaranteed hours.
