Grant FY25 Year-End Reporting Due August 1, 2025
All departments with federal, state, or local grants that incurred revenue and/or expenses during fiscal year 2025 must complete the attached Year-End Grant Reporting Form for each grant. Please submit completed forms to help.munis@deschutes.org with the subject line "Grant Reporting" no later than August 1, 2025.

This reporting process helps ensure the accuracy of the County’s year-end revenue recognition. We’re pleased to share that thanks to your efforts last year, the implementation of this process was successful. Our FY24 audit showed no issues related to revenue recognition. In previous years, auditors have identified instances where revenue could have been recognized prematurely. For example, when grant funds were received in advance but not intended for use until future fiscal years.
