With the release of TylerERP 2021.9 came a new way to work with TCM documents. You can now search the entire collection of TCM documents right from inside of TylerERP using a wide variety of filters. 


TABLE OF CONTENTS

Add the Content Manager Menu to your Tyler Menu (if it's not already there)

1. Click the three dots and select Edit

2. In the Field Selection area, select Content Manager


Use the New Content Manager Search Tool

1. Click Content Manger>Document Search and enter a keyword/number to search by

2. Narrow your search within the results page using the filters on the left

3. OR Start with an advanced search

a. Click on Advanced

b. Enter a filter into any field show

c. Add commonly used search fields to your "Basic" page by click the pin next to the field.
