IMPORTANT! Please be sure to forward your approvals before you leave for vacation!
Finding things and getting them out of your inbox is complex and time consuming for your team so if you just forward workflows at the same time you create your Out Of Office email --Your team will love you for it!!
Forwarding is actually easier than your out of office reply. Here are the steps.
1. Open your Approvals Window and click Settings
2. Choose how you want to forward and select the name of the person you're forwarding to. You can forward EVERYTHING to a single person or choose specific types of things to forward to different people.
3. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the screen. Here you can put in a schedule so that when you get back things will automatically revert to you and you won't have to remember to switch them!
4. If you didn't put in a schedule you can always cancel your forwarding by clicking the Reset Forwarding Button on the bottom left.
